RXII. Collage. 21 years later

The exhibition shows new works by a group of textile artists who graduated Estonian Academy of Arts in 1996 (21 years ago): Christel Allik, Mari Haavel, Kertu Sillaste, Riste Laasberg, Piret Valk and Siiri Minka. Some of them now use other media besides textile too, so the exhibition becomes a collage-like co-existence of different layers and ideas by a group that once studied designing and creating textiles together. The exhibition will bring together paintings, illustrations, prints and tapestries.
