How to upload materials to our server?
You need to be registered to upload files to us. For registration there is a link > Create an account on the frontpage under the login panel. Please select Your initial with family name as your user name as this makes it easier for us to process the materials sent to us. Fill in the required fields and send in the registration. You will now receive an automatic email for confirmation from our server, follow the instructions within. Next the administrator will confirm your account, this is to lessen potential security risks to our server. Generally a new registration is confirmed within 24 hours, usually faster.
Log in with your user name and password. At the bottom of the page you will now see a panel that has a > File Upload link. Browse the files to be uploaded and send them to us. If you need to overwrite existing files, select the option. There will be an automatic update on the status of the upload.
After the session, please go to the front page and log yourself out.
What types of files can I upload?
Only the following types of files can be uploaded to our server >> .pdf, .doc, .rtf, .tif, .jpg. The size of the files must not exceed 2Mb. Please note: .zip files cannot be uploaded.
I have not received a confirmation of account activation?
Please send us an email, it is possible that your registration confirmation email has been trapped in our spam filter.
How can I fill in the Registration Form?
Download the interactive .pdf and fill in the forms, save it to your computer. When you have created an account with us, you can upload it it along with other materials. The Registration Form can be filled in Acrobat Reader (PC/Mac), Preview (Mac) or a web browser that supports inframe .pdf (Safari, Chrome). Mozilla Firefox does not support inline .pdf files. If you cannot save the .pdf you just filled in see next answer.
I cannot save the Registration Form that I filled in Acrobat Reader?
Acrobat Reader does not support saving .pdf files. Please print your filled in Registration Form, sign it in Your name and scan it. You can now upload it along with other materials to our server.
Can I fill in the Registration Form in handwriting?
Yes. You can download the supplied .pdf and print it. Then fill it in block letters to avoid misinterpretation, sign and scan it. You can now upload the form along with other materials to our server.
